Shipping and Returns


Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  If there is any delay we will contact you. Once your items have been shipped, we will generate a shipping confirmation e-mail that will detail your order information and a link to track your package(s).

Ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Orders shipped within California usually take 1-3 business days.  

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and orders are only shipped within the contiguous United States.  For shipping rates to other destinations, please contact us.

Free shipping only applies to destinations within the contiguous United States.


In order to qualify for a return or an exchange, orders must meet the following criteria:

  1. Send a request to return the item within 5 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and must include all original packaging, price labels, etc.
  3. Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt.
  4. All markdown items are final sale.
  5. Rug returns exceeding $500 in value are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please allow 14–21 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. Eligible refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges of return items.
